The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children from ages 5-10 get at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. That’s 1 hour! When it comes to kids getting their physical activity at Jump Up for Fun, the old saying, “Time flies when you’re having fun!” definitely applies!
At Jump Up for Fun children have so much fun bouncing and playing in the indoor playground that they don’t even know they are getting exercise! All they’ll know is that they’ve got their heart pumping, and the sweat pouring as they bounce and slide their way through a maze of bounce houses.
We know that exercise is something that sports teams are used to doing. However, when it comes to the end of the season, they may want to celebrate that those traditional practices are over. Let them come and play at Jump Up for Fun for the end of season celebration! They’ll still get exercise, but they’ll go about it in a whole different way!
